Hyatt Place Cleveland/Westlake/Crocker Park Hotel, Westlake

The hotel is a mixed bag: the rooms are in excellent condition, but the handicap shower bathroom is not the best. It's nice, although a bit stuffy due to the humid weather. While they have small refrigerators, there are no microwaves available. The service is absolutely amazing, with a staff that's exceptionally friendly and responsive, offering convenient amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The location is very good, just a 15-20 minute ride into Cleveland, and it's right in Crocker Park close to many restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the area. As for the dining experience, it can vary as some days offer a nice selection of breakfast fare while others may lack variety. The facilities are decent overall. The hotel is a good choice for those looking to stay near Cleveland, in a cute neighborhood in Westlake, Ohio’s uber-popular Crocker Park commercial district.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-planned, although not very soundproof. The service was simply amazing, extremely friendly, and off the charts in terms of customer service. The location was awesome, close to many restaurants and shops. The dining experience was really nice with some special touches, although the breakfast was only okay. Overall, a great stay with some minor flaws.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were much nicer than I expected, not huge but very well laid out with a cozy seating area and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience was a bit lackluster, probably due to current circumstances, but overall, I had a great stay.
